If you are visiting my web site because you want to find out more about how life coaching could assist you in finding clarity in your life, then you have come to the right place.
In the initial introductory life coaching session, we first have to create a basis of mutual understanding. After which one of my opening questions might be:
What is it that YOU really want? My clients usually then go on and tell me what they don't want; Or what their partner wants; what their parents wanted for them, their obligations, etc. ... Finally we get down to what's REAL. For some it's a childhood dream never fulfilled; for others it's time to write that book or to live that passion.
So when people ask me: "What is life coaching really about?" My reply is always: "For me Life Coaching is all about finding out exactly what my client wants and how he or she is going to get there." My job is to listen with an empathetic ear, not to judge, to help define what hasn't been working and assist in planning a bright, happy future.
I've been in life coaching and working in an advisory capacity since leaving London and moving to Germany nearly 20 years ago. I have crafted my own method of intuitive life coaching, built upon the creative-spiritual-transformative process.
I offer a safe place for you to explain your story in order to situate where you are right now. You can be confident, there is really nothing that I haven't heard.
My task is to support you in finding the right path forward, to lead you where you want to be. Life coaching is not therapy in the traditional sense, dwelling on past events, but rather it is forward-looking and progressive in nature. We acknowledge what is, discover what's real and I accompany you in shaping the future you deserve.
I see it as my life's purpose to help and assist those that are willing to help themselves.
It's important that we both know exactly what is expected of each other.

I decided to go to Coach Antony as I felt my project was all words and no action, and couldn't seem to move forward.
